Manhwa respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe material available on this site infringes your copyright, you may request its removal by sending a written notice to [email protected].

What your notice must include

To be effective, your notice must contain: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; the exact URL or URLs of the material you want removed; your name, address, telephone number and email address; a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Processing time

Valid notices are normally processed within 48 hours. Incomplete notices, or notices that do not identify specific URLs, cannot be processed.

Counter notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notice to the same address, including the same contact details and a statement under penalty of perjury explaining the basis of your claim.

Repeat infringement

Accounts and sources associated with repeated infringement are removed permanently.
